It’s another new year for the Chinese as they celebrate Kung Hei Fat Choi from tomorrow 7th February 2008. It’s celebrated all over the world where there are huge concentrations of Chinese settleres. Binondo, where there is a huge concentration of Filipino Chinese community are preparing for the coming Chinese New Year.
