Drink Moderately

If you’re planning to go to Germany (where the best beer in the world is as my German colleague always say) for the Oktoberfest, I really think you have to be very cautious not to drink too much. This is true to any drinking event or even if you’re just heading down the pub here in England.

Surely, everyone knows the detrimental effects of too much alcohol in the long term such as liver failure/liver cirrhosis. This is manifested by shortness of breath, ascites (para kang buntis), jaundice (naninilaw kang parang ginto), oedema (mala upong binti at kung ano ano pang pwedeng manasin) and generalised fatigue to mention a few.

In the short term, poor concentration, loss of balance and poor vision are some of the classic effects among others. Here’s a typical example. Watch this video.

But this next video is a rocker:After 10 pints of Beer VideoIf that doesn’t put you off, I can’t help you anymore mate. Just enjoy.
